A peaceful weekend escape nestled in the uplands with stunning views and modern, spacious bungalows. I enjoyed full access to the spa and loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was exceptional. a perfect place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend it.

Had a great Thanksgiving getaway at this hotel! Loved the beautiful views of the surrounding area and the cozy bungalows. The indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and Jacuzzis were perfect for relaxing. The spa services were top-notch, especially the massages. The restaurant was also excellent and offered a variety of delicious meals.

The staff at the hotel did not speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the hot water in the shower ran out quickly and there was no air conditioning in the rooms.

The view of the volcanoes and lake is stunning from almost anywhere on the property.

Great view and location, friendly staff. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area. My room had a perfect view of the surroundings. The staff was always willing to assist and very welcoming. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities such as a pool, sauna, and spa treatments, which made my stay more enjoyable.
